01 — Anxiety Coaching

Most have experienced anxiety in our lives during challenging stages such as following unplanned change in circumstances, breakups or following major life events. When anxiety becomes overwhelming and affects our ability to enjoy life we need proven tools to get back to our best selves and enjoy life again. I provide weekly 1:1 sessions where we work together on your personalised plan with practical exercises for between 4-6 weeks.

02 — Confidence Coaching

For a multitude of reasons our confidence can be impacted which in turn affects our ability to make progress in our personal achievements. I will create a personalised plan for you with practical exercises to apply which restores your confidence, giving you the tools to succeed. I provide weekly 1:1 sessions for up to 4 weeks.

03 — Coming Spring ‘26 - The ReStart Programme

This course has been designed to support those who wish to redesign their lives or feel the need to provide a conscious change in their current lives or direction.

The ReStart Programme is a programme comprising 8 modules for you to work through at your own pace complete with exercises and tools to help embed the practices of your plan. Automatically scheduled weekly 1:1 sessions provide you with a moment with your mentor to share your progress, raise questions and seek guidance as you need. It is recommended that the 8 modules are completed within a timescale of up to 16 weeks.
